What to Bring to Your First Appointment
We will need to review your new patient registration information, medical and dental records, insurance information and previous x-rays. Please have these prepared for your first appointment.

What Should I Expect?
We strive to make your experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. You will receive a Welcome Package which includes a patient registration information form before your first visit from our treatment coordinator. This introduces you to the practice and includes a map to our office.
Your First Visit
We encourage patients to bring in their patient registration paperwork and insurance cards, medical records and recent dental records. Your first visit will include an oral evaluation, complete periodontal exam and an oral cancer screening using our Oral ID system.
Interdisciplinary Team Approach
Our team will take the time to discuss a variety of treatment options for your specific conditions. We may set up a treatment conference with other professionals in the field to review your case and discuss your options in more detail.
How Long is My First Visit?
The length of your first visit will depend on whether you are having any procedures done, or if you are just undergoing an oral health and periodontal evaluation. We may be able to provide you with a time estimate before your visit.
